Basically, title says it all. When I play Minecraft, after anywhere between 25-40 minutes, Minecraft freeze's for a second, and then everything looks weird. Here are some examples:

What's your render distance? Try lowering it to 7 or 8, I get this problem if I try to up my render distance in game.dilpickel June 26, 2015 at 6:06 AM UTC
^ Try oscars idea.Also it could be your mods/ texture packs.

If you're using 1.8, this happens sometimes, and by the looks of minecraft you are..Switching to 1.7 usually helps with the loading errors. If not, restart / reinstall minecraft (Save RP's and Mods) and that should work.

Try doing research on google.It's maybe a mod, texture/resources pack, render distance, minecraft version, shaders or even your PC graphics card is wrongly configured.

yeah my render distance, when turned up, glitches the game out for me and I just turn it down, here is some examples:
