The topic says it all
Is there a way I can find out how many mons ive ever broken?

Not quite sure if you can see your entire total. But check www.avicus.net/RemyleQuistiti     there you can at least see your monument total of the last month

You will have to add the "objectives" up for nebula on your profile. So you have broken 364 monuments.

I guess you could calculate total XP minus kills, all divided by 7, but that wouldn't be totally accurate because of TDM's?
