When I first get on and my hands are freezing I can't click or aim very well. I hate having to play for 20 - 30 minutes before I can actually PvP at my best. Does anyone know a trick or something so I can play at my best straight away?

having warm hands is a huge factor. just put em in a blanket or something for a little idk

Because trying to PvP with my fat fingers is already hard enough. I always press like 5 keys at once.

Lol, it takes me several hours to fully warm up.
And just stick em in yo balls, that should make them warmer.

Laptops: Microwave it for 99 minutes. Once the microwave has exploded take out the remains of the laptop and use it as heater.

I have the same problem a lot of the time! If you find your hands are getting too cold to play, just simply have a break to warm your hands up. 
The other option is play with gloves :P
