I know the thread is locked and all, but just for future reference, don't freaking trust that CPS plugin. Even myself with my turtle paced click got presumably 21 CPS in a sudamerican server which god only knows where it was hosted but I had ultra high ping and latency and as you can see it was only yet so off.
Plus, it's absolutely broken for some 1.8 subversions where the click events are a bit broken. If that isn't enough, 19 CPS is easily pursuable with butterfly or drag clickstyles.
If I were you I would uninstall the CPS plugin and go in the never ending search for a decent anticheat. It just isn't reliable at all.
