Paradoxes. by Petlas November 29, 2015 at 7:11 AM UTC

Hey kids.

Looking for a thought to prevent you from sleeping well tonight? Look no further. :^)

Here's a couple of mine:
1: Is it actually possible to see nothing?
2: If Pinocchio says "My nose will now grow," what will happen?

Feel free to give some of yours below.

Here's one I found.
"There are stars that are so far away from us that their light has still yet to reach us."
Meaning that there are stars so far away from us, we haven't even seen them yet.

Think about what started the Big Bang. Think about what started that. Then think about what started that, then that, then that... IT'S ENDLESS.

When you time travel back to kill someome famous. Let's say you go back in time to kill Hitler when he was 5. So Ww2 didn't happen and Hitler was not known. Because he wasn't known, you would not have gone back to kill him.

Godly time travel paradoxes are bad.

1: Is it actually possible to see nothing? If there is a place in the universe where no photons are, then yes.
2: If Pinocchio says "My nose will now grow," what will happen?: Pinocchio is an unreal character.

They use "if" in the 2nd question for a reason.

Pinocchio is still an unreal character with an if, and without an if

DaFrozenBlaze November 29, 2015 at 11:11 AM UTC

Pinocchio is still an unreal character with an if, and without an if
But why make things so complicated, you know what they mean. Yes I was wrong about the if.
