Yea I noticed that, the ruby was replaced with the emerald :D
The quiver thing is useless I think.
and the new potion is jumpboost.

Those potions are in Vanilla Minecrafting Coding, it is not possible to create through brewing, but it is obtainable through 3rd party modification programs or mods. Look up about potions in the minecraft wiki, their is a long list of those weird unheard potions.
EDIT- And yes, notch has a sprite of an un-used quiver texture in the Items.png file for default minecraft textures

There was something like this on the minecraft wiki (since I used to read that way too much.) But yeah, they were going to add a ton new potions that were pretty useless x)

They were unadded potions, something like that. They were definitely discovered before you did.

Why do we need a jump potion? Can't Mojang make a useful potion like resistance?
