Once you've bought your Minecraft account you can't just ditch it and get a new one for free... unless you pay of course.

If you wanted to delete this account you probably would have to contact Mojang's support team.
To create a brand new account, you're gonna have to buy one.

His ban got appealed since he changed it. He should still have access to the server, it says he was last seen 2 hours ago?

He means the fact that it's stuck on his punishment history. Regardless, I'm doubtful that's the reason...
