Any good resource pack makers out there. I know ive been coming to Avicus for help with resource packs a lot lately but I need help =/.

I want a this fire:https://www.mediafire.com/?fhdd8c3i76txrnq but Blue for my blue themed texture pack.

I also want a custom hotbar.


One like this:http://www.mediafire.com/download/jyppgz8o3f5af85/iBeatPvP.zip but Blue for the selected slot and instead of saying Reality it says 
G_______T (_=1 slot)
So G,7 slots,T
