Hey!
I wanna ask is there a way to get a players cape design? For example I wanna get my friends cape design and use it. How can I get it?

You probably know Minecraft Skin Search. I'm asking something like that. I'll enter the username and it will give me the cape.

You can't do that at the moment (try google). You can try your best to replicate it, though.
