-how long should i hold a and d 
-jitter clicking or clicking with 2 fingers on right click?

Any sort of "advanced bridging" is an utter waste of time :P

You can compete perfectly fine with normal bridging or shift unshift bridging. If you really wanna learn how to do it, go practice in a single player world :)
