No I meant that I also didn't get why there is steak in nexus. It doesn't really bother me really....just don't buy them....

when nexus started, you donot get a gapple everytime you get a kill, so most of the time the player that survive a lot couldnt run and stuff like that,so steaks were created.
well at least thats my oppinion.

Maybe an easteregg? Perhaps there was going to be hunger, but later removed.
