I would say Matt and David are my favourites but I have not seen the older versions so I'm unable to make a final decision :/ However Peter Capaldi is slowly turning into my favourites.

Capaldi is stroking some genius. I need to catch up fully - but I did like Eccleston's raw style, Tennants swarve and Smith's well, just, Doctoring! The old ones were meehhehe

I've only watched the newer series and I have to say I loved all the newer doctors except for Matt Smith. I couldn't stand him to be honest.
