Minecraft Freezing every 5 Seconds by _Laugh_ February 19, 2015 at 6:02 AM UTC

I'm amazed with my PC being able to handle a crack load of online games and stuff. But when it comes to Minecraft, it freezes every 5 seconds or so. Like is anyone else having this issue? I can't even break grass.

Try turning off Vsinc in the video settings

What version are you using? Do you have any mods installed?

If you are using a newer version, try to downgrade to 1.7.4 or something like that.

For mods, uninstall them, if possible. It may help it run better. Let me know any more useful info if possible!

This happened on my laptop. It worked fine at first and gradually it got worse and worse...

Probably your processor keeps freezing since your java and other programs making it total up   to or over 100%
