I was just joining the server. then when I joined someone was flying saying that they were an admin. I checked there account and they aren't

Yeah, as Numberz said, you need video proof, especially with the jump boosts and stuff in the hub, it's easy to screenshot in midair. Also, if you have sufficient proof, post this in the reports section, not here.

Sorry but this isn't enough proof to punish anyone. I'm not saying that I don't believe you, but it is possible that the player could have just been saying that randomly.
