well... when I upload it doesn't say loading for this long...
It does take a real long time for mine, sometimes over 10 hours, but for you you need to make sure you have the Title and Desc. screen up with a percentage column of your videos progress too. 
I know how frustrating it is too :( 
sometimes it takes 3 - 4 attempts for me to get an upload up successfully :/

You mean you can't upload or it takes real long? Try restarting your browser if it won't load.

I can't upload any videos since 3 weeks ago, and I lost 24 subs :C

I just refresh the page over and over again until it allows me to upload; it only takes a couple of tries (Just hit the f5 key, which refreshes the page), and it should allow you to upload.

If this does not work, try using a different web browser; I use Google Chrome.

Use Firefox, Citrio, or something else. I use google chorme for my partner dashboard, citrio for my youtube and Firefox for upload videos and avicus :v

He is asking for help, not for a unrelated pointless link that helps him in no way.

Anyway, was your video compressed? I use just Windows Movie Maker to compress it and it shaves off days on uploading it, and that is with my genuinely awful internet upload speeds.

That wasn't his problem.

His problem is that YouTube is just loading the "Upload" screen, and the "Upload" button is not appearing.

Oh well then try clearing out the browser and restart. If you've had multiple users on the computer that have signed in, the cookies might need to be wiped out. Also Chrome/Firefox would be wise to use incase you arent using them.
