Staff, the innocent people of Avicus are experience spawn killing when they join the server, and must rush to type /hub when they join. I was hoping one of the Administrators/Sr. Mods can prevent this from happening. For further notice, keep in touch with on the server itself, or here, on the forums.

Well, those users who are spawnkilling should be reported since they're breaking a rule.
If you do so, a mod will come to your match and decide an appropiate punishment for the situation.
All you need to do is /report (Player) - (Reason)

Thanks for this, but /report is the perfect solution for this; as Juanoh stated above.
If no staff is currently online, you can record the spawn killer and file an online report.
