Hey everyone. I'm working on a poem and a story and as I was writing I started to wonder whether there are any authors or poets that I might have passed up. So, what I want to know is what is your favourite poetry piece or book series?
I listen to some poetry once in a while, these are a few ive read in the past that I can think of. any type of classic book I enjoy. and anything that Rick Riordan wrote +1
Poems: A lot of William Wordsworth stuff. I'll just name some books I read in the past few weeks. Into the Wild- Ehh. I found the main character annoying. Life of Pi- I liked the symbolism this story had Zack by William Bell- Famous Canadian story that puts a very interesting perspective of racism in the United States and how it is today. Darth Plagueis- Star Wars novel that looked at the Sith lord who trained Sidious. I just liked it cause Star Wars.

The most beautiful thing ive ever read.
Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Plagueis The Wise? I thought not. It’s not a story the Jedi would tell you. It’s a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life… He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.

Thank the Gods that that's still canon. Disney have already erased so much of the EU that keeping Plagueis around is a blessing.
