Tutorial on Maximizing Mineman FPS

Sup, so recently I have been noticing some people have FPS issues, or that some people just want better fps in general. Either people are on lowend laptops (like yours truly) and have no idea how to better optimise their FPS or people with actually pretty good set up don't know how to get the most out of their mineman experience. So with this said, I will put screenshots of the best video settings that I personally use so hopefully you guys can use them as well.
NOTE: Some of these settings you may or may not like, but for me they work. Some people like playing with particles on max or with view bobbing or above 2 render distance and that's fine, but as long as you follow most of these settings you'll get better fps :)
Along with changing video settings, you can edit your windows settings to optimise fps. You do this by going to the taskbar in the bottom left and... 1) search "performance" 2) clicking on "adjust the performance and appearance of windows" 3) click on the option saying "adjust for best performance" and then scroll down and click on "show thumbnails instead of icons"
