Gaming Laptop by Centralking June 22, 2015 at 7:06 PM UTC

So I was thinking of buying  a gaming laptop that have great specs and a reasonable price that is usable for almost all applications and perhaps looks good too. If any of you guys know any good laptops, don't be afraid to comment :P

This is the laptop I have.

Average FPS (with optifine) when playing a Multiplayer server (avicus).

Its somewhat expensive, but the price is rather worth it.

For gaming, Idk the GPU, but for a Portable Semi-Workstation (Could have 16GB of Ram) This is quite good. And since it has 8GB of Ram, I assume its a gaming laptop. Which is fine for the time being, 3rd Gen processors aren't to obsolete yet.

I use a mac its good and useful, runs 90-150 fps. Good enough to play on. The toshiba satellite is good too.

But he's suggesting the same exact terrible product.

I personally would go with Lenovo, find a good laptop with a minimum of a 4th Gen Core i5, and a GTX 860M card and 4-8GB of ram, and that laptop should suit your needs fine (150-250 fps in minecraft, and run other games at low-medium settings 720/1080p 60fps) :)

Does it HAVE to be a laptop? You'll get much more out of building your own desktop. If it does, I recommend something like this http://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-15-6-Inch-Touchscreen-Gaming-Windows/dp/B00K6ZIFFG/ref=sr_1_18?s=pc&ie=..., pretty much what Phyre described.

Eh, I'm not a fan of macs as I heard there aren't as much features as Windows, but thanks for the suggestion.

Yeah, I found a decent laptop with Asus.

It has some nice specs, i7 4720 HQ, 8 GB Memory, 750GB HDD and, GTX 960M (dedicated 2GB)

Not sure of the FPS for this laptop, but I'm pretty sure it's high.

Yeah, I know a desktop would be better since you can custom build it and add  your own parts, but I need something portable too :P
