Chances are they're working on other reports, although I do agree, I saw lots of staff try their best to avoid reports/be AFK.

I agree, some particular staff members do their job well, but others stay playing in servers even when they're getting reports

Wow! This is full of so much passionate insight, and this brings new issues to light and suggests good solutions to these issues.

Anyways, report it to a Senior Staff member using Skype or our support email and we'll take care of it if a staff member is not doing their job.
