Technically, you shouldn't be posting videos anywhere of any other server other than Avicus according to section D, rule 7 that states
"Posts that discuss details regarding other Minecraft servers is not allowed. Certain sections of these posts may be obscured if the post exhibits any text that could be considered advertising."
When putting a video out, you are technically are giving out details about other minecraft servers. So really and "youtube link" should technically be advertising, but I guess for some servers the staff team finds it ok to be lenient on this rule. But in a youtube hub it's 100% no. In Off Topic, it may be a different story
You can have a video hub, it has to post Avicus Content, but that doesn't mean you have to only have Avicus Content. You can have others, as long as your channel is mostly Avicus and the hub post is off topic
