Well, my server is shit and just bad. I am paying $22 per month and I simply just can't pay it off. I need to make my server have a business or then I am shutting it down. I hardly use my server only for building maps which is once every month so $22 to make a map. I want to turn it into a hub server. I need help/need a develoer to help me with it. I can make a hub server but its not gonna get any people on it. Thanks!

I could help you with some plugins if you want but I don't think anyone is better for this job than Javi xD
