Hi everyone.
Recently my power supply broke and I made the mistake of choosing a generic power supply. It lasted me about 2 months. It broke right before the unofficial tourney, so if you do see me on I will be on my super slow 2.13GHZ laptop.
Anyways, I'm an Asian and I like to be cheap. If you can help point me to a quality power supply that would be great. Nothing higher than $40 please and it can only be from Amazon or Ebay. Thank you.
This is what I found:

Matters with your parts. I recommend putting all your parts on a pcpartpicker list and it will estimate the wattage you need. Then, just double that, and you can go find something around that wattage. But expect to pay about 60$, but I wouldn't know, I don't buy things from the Internet, I have a Canada Computers 10 mins away from me XD

Wouldn't cheap out on the power supply if I were you. Worst mistake in PC building apart from not slotting in the I/O shield.
Use this
http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculatorCalculate how much you need and one-up it by 100w. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, NEVER BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT AT LEAST AN 80+ rating. Would recommend 80+ gold if you can, for the sake of the longevity of your PC.

My system is about 180W so I would say anything with 300W or higher.

That powersupply is fine. Anything by corsair is fine.
