On the computer, you can create your account by downloading Skype, or signing up online ^~^

Once you have made an account (self explanatory ^~^) you can download Skype on your computer, sign in, and start adding people by using the search bar! ;D

It just takes awhile to get used to ^~^ You just have to mess around with it ^~^

So there is no "instructions" set to tell you, but you just have to mess around with it, and explore it ;D It'll get easier after awhile!

Um soooo click on the call button it is usually green and your able to call them
If you hit video call then you can call with a face cam.

Mhm... Came with windows 8, i use my microsoft acc. I want to know how to set up a caller ID that is a name, i want to know how to add ppl.

You have to add a contact before you can start a call, so once you get a contact ^~^ you click on they're name, and click the green button that says "Call", and there ya go! ;D

You just create an account on Skype (: so that you can set your username and details ^~^

You can either access the website, or you can launch your Skype Icon and click "Create an Account", and continue from there ^~^
