I need a bit of help by Stimulating July 22, 2015 at 3:07 AM UTC

So, I've been playing a lot less MC lately, mainly because of my limited options for PotPvP servers, so I kinda need help finding servers to entertain myself, PotPvP or Objective PvP servers like Avi or OCN. 

Before you suggest servers, here's the ones I'm banned off, are unplayable, etc. and why: 

Kohi: Neighbors hacked on my account and got me banned 
Badlion: Laglion Network 
BasicPvP: Was screwing around and turned on a 0.001 macro and got banned, LOL
Para: I believe they turned into an only HCF server. 
GF3: Worse lag than Laglion and worse kb than Para's on a bad day.

Last time I played on there you take literally 0 knockback, and plus the server goes down/offline for a few minutes constantly.
