Recording Software by SirCyaniide April 17, 2015 at 10:04 PM UTC

Just got my computer, and I'm thinking of making a YouTube channel (still deciding)...But if I do, what are some good softwares that won't dramatically affect my FPS and Will NOT give my computer a virus.

Comment below ;) Thank You

Okay okay, each person was once new to computers.

I guess you use a laptop. Can you send us his "name"?

Core i3 500Gb hp means it the producer is HP, it has a 500GB HDD and a Core i3 Intel as a CPU.
But on your laptop should be a name, more than just "Core i3 500Gb hp".

I'd recommend you using a recording software called FRAPS. It records a fine 720p or 1080p in 60fps or under or more. It's also very affordable.

Have you seen his specs? It will just crash if he tries...

You will not believe the specs on my computer that runs Fraps smoothly at 720p. I record videos with no lag with my current specs:

Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6600 @ 2.20 GHz and 2.20 GHz.

Ram:
4.00 GB

Windows 7 - Home Premium 64-Bit Service Pack 1

Graphics card (most embarrasing)

This computer is factory built for Windows 7, but look:

Intel Mobile(R) for Windows XP.

Doesn't support 1080p but 720p.

And fraps runs like a breeze, if I upload a video. No lag.

I will be getting something COMPLETELY BETTER next week for my birthday.
