Bench: 10 reps of 115 lbs, 4 sets Back Squat: 15 reps of 145 lbs, 4 sets Deadlift: 10 reps of 155 lbs, 5 sets
Not sure what else you'd want to see. I just put the basic numbers that pretty much everyone who works out does. Tell me what other moves you want to hear about and I'll update. I do quite a bit of crossfit as well, so that's open too.

Pass. I'll stick to swimming and becoming more active in it during the summer holidays. More fun, relaxing, and I'm actually good at it unlike a lot of sports. xD
Also, to a certain someone claiming they do a load of pull-ups everyday: thanks, you really cheered me up.
Technically weightlifting is considered olympic lifting which consists of jerks and cleans and shit and powerlifting has the "big 3" lifts which are the bench, skwaat and deadlift. Just so you know.
Anyway Here are my lifts: 285 bench like 215 squat (I don't squat) 285 dead maybe (I don't dead) And I blast out about 8 legit strict one arm pull ups on my right arm. I weigh 175-180
