i got a new PC with gtx 750 and an amd A10 with windows 10 and for some reason i cant install minecraft and it pops up with "Unable to start the Minecraft Runtime Environment Error" i tried researching this but i cant find any solutions, maybe you guys could help :/

i had the same problem.

1. go to java website and install the latest version of java that suits your bit system (32 or 64)
2. restart pc

if these didnt work;

1. go to minecraft website
2. then to download (https://minecraft.net/en/download/)
3. click here

4. then choose the second one

5. drag the download of the file into your desktop and this will be your launcher. 
if it doesnt help reply to this and ill try to find
^ i fixed the problem in windows 7 by these steps so idk if that will work in windows 10
