I think Avicus should have German, Spanish and French Traductors, for Reports, Supports Etcetera.

For now, no, since they first need to grow the server, as in advertising and getting more money. After the server has more players, the staff could think of that, IMO.

For now, I don't think we need it. Once we get a player base that is more widespread through the world, this would be very useful. :3

I know resepginev had a project called "Translate the Avicus Network" that consisted of Avicus members translating some server text into other languages.

-1 it's so buggy + I think 95%+ of all Avicus members know english, so it's not really needed. Kylo should fix the damn block lag before adding new things (no offense against Kylo and other Dev's :P)
