after the incidents today one of the lobbies are whitelisted and not letting 90% of everyone join the server. is there a way to directly connect to a rotation or lobby so you can go on the server or for convenience hope straight into a game without waiting 2 minutes for everything to load in

No, sorry. The server is listed for some Staff to fix some problems that were occuring. I think you can access beta.avic.us, though.

There is a whitelist that's currently on
Avicus is closed to the public for now

and my question was could you directly connect to a rotation like dtm01 :)

The server isn't supposed to be open to the public, and I'm pretty sure funky removed direct connections awhile ago. There will be updates on the forums in the near future about the server opening up again.
