I was reading the requirements you need in order to be moderator/junior mod and it said you will be given a interview on Teamspeak. Does it have to be Teamspeak or can it be Skype?

Truthfully I prefer Skype and I'm not used to TS...

You can use Skype as well, make sure to talk to Howsie22 about that if you are ever accepted.

It's preferably TeamSpeak, however, if you would like to use Skype, that is also a possibility. 
They would go by your preference and how you would like to do it.

Ts3 does not work with my computer so that is a problem for me too.

Being active on TeamSpeak is one of the criteria I believe.

It is possible to do an interview over Skype, just make sure you tell a Senior staff member that you need to.
