Anyway, I think that we can all agree that not dropping gapples is pretty annoying. Why on earth do gapples not drop when you die? That's just annoying.

If you mean Nexus, you get 1 for each kill you get. You spawn with them too.

I would think that this was deliberate, as since avicore took this long to come they would have beta tested this map considerably, and either the map developers or the other staff decided to include this within the YAML. I personally think it's bit rude to be so harsh considering that this was the case, but it's not my place to decide such things.
I think this would fall under server feedback, btw.
