If you ban (apart from unjustifiably) if you buy another account of minecraft, would it be like a desban?

If you're banned on an account, don't use another account to connect to Avicus. You will have to appeal. If you connect to Avicus in the meantime, you will be banned for evading your ban. (As long as it's not Inappropriate Username or just generally ban evadable punishments)
