It's been a full year as of 2 days ago. I meant to make this then, but I've been busy and forgotten about it. lol

Anyway, Sunday (October 8th) is a weird day for it. It's overall happy because I was promoted to Moderator then, but it's also a very depressing day for me. Last year on the same day I lost my best friend for 2 years. (She's not dead, friendship died) Anyway, the reason is my fault and in the few months after I put a ton of pressure on myself. That was a bad thing for me personally, but the way I coped with it was throwing myself into moderating, which helped Avicus I guess. Most of you don't care, but Avicus/video games have been a way for me (and many other people) to get away from the real world. 

There's not a main point to that paragraph, but to make a point, please just be nice to everyone you meet on the internet. Obviously, you have friends that you beat on each other, but when I see people meet someone new and be mean to them, it's almost annoying to see that. You don't know what other people are going through. Some people are mean on the internet because that's the only way they know how to cope with sadness or frustration. The best way to deal with those people is to either ignore them or be nice back instead of yelling at them. Yelling back at them and being mean doesn't help anything besides make both of you more mad...

 - What is you vision for Avicus? Will we ever be able to get our players back or impress the new ones?

What is your vision for Avicus? Will we ever be able to get our players back or impress the new ones?
I think with Kord leading the advertising we will start to gain players, and hopefully, it will stay that way. The only thing holding us back at this point is a number of little bugs and things that are reported and never fixed. I couldn't list any off the top of my head, but I know there's a lot of just random things that happen, or are broken and they just don't get fixed.
What do you mostly focus on as a senior?
I'm in the staff department, so I will be working with the staff team to get better at moderating in general. 
What music genre do you listen to mostly?
I listen to mainly rap. I love NF, he's by far my favorite artist.

No, not at all. Honestly, when LFT messaged me I expected a staff warning or something like that for inactivity. lol Before he messaged me I had been very inactive because of school and other things.

So far there's not much of a difference, besides just knowing more about what's going on. I think it will be a bit more work, just from all the pings and random things that mods don't handle. (Usually, because the community member refuses the mods help. lol)

Well, atm I don't expect any Senior promotions. I'm expecting a few mentor promotions, though. If I have to pick two I would probably pick Paige and Koja. Other options could be Alex. JapaneseSquid, or Henry.

Replied to Goodnighht I honestly would've been iffy as me being a mod, too. I came back after a year of not being on Avicus, having 3 forum posts (2 of which have been locked) and not being on discord or Teamspeak yet somehow managed to get to the interview stage that I didn't even know existed. Then for a month straight I pulled all nighters. No clue how I'm here today but I am. And I'm glad for it lol.

Get better. Duh.
On a serious note, don't feel so constrained to voice your opinion in a public setting. Unless you're rude about it it's not going to get you demoted or anything. If you can back your opinion up with a fact or evidence, it's always appreciated to hear about it. It gives you more leeway to talk about an issue to someone who can fix it (usually ALM if it's a glitch) and not have to have a 15-minute talk about why you think that. People already know your opinion at that point, no need to explain it again.

Trying being a bit less mean to your friends in public chats. lol I know it's a joke, and so do they, but to a new player, you probably sound like a really mean Mod. LOL Overall though you do a good job. Just keep it up. :) You'll learn a lot just from moderating, the experience is half the knowledge. ;p

You're a nice guy for the most part. You can get toxic at times, though. You've been better the last few weeks. A tip though, don't go back to being toxic while the staff applications are closed. We aren't only looking at people when they are open. We are always looking at who is/isn't toxic, and who is or isn't involved in the community. It's not something that you can just switch one day and expect us to not notice that you're just looking fancy to get Jr. Mod. It's kind of annoying, actually. Just be helpful, don't tryhard for it, and don't be toxic.

I'm not 100% sure yet specifically, but in a more general answer I want to make the moderators better with appeals, punishments, and just overall moderating the server, Discord, and TeamSpeak.

Again, it's a bit too early to give very specific answers, but overall appeals are being worked on. That's been a clear problem the past few weeks. As for my contribution, I think I can bring a more open system with connecting with the Moderators. I'm fairly good friends with most of them, so I can have a more open communication with problems and other things.

You're always someone I've look up to. We've only talked a couple times, but from what I remember, you and Sesp are really funny. Definitely someone to look up to.
