Commentary: I think it's good enough. Keep it!
Video quality: 15fps  aren't looking very good at a 144hz display... I don't know if it is your computer, or your recording software. Maybe your software.
Audio quality: My tip is, get an other audio recorder, don't use the audio recorded which is bundled in to your screen recorder, because it's a little bit ... don't know how to say.... If you are using another audio recorder, make sure all settings are correct.

Other tIps: Play in full display resolution, make your videos longer and a thumbnail would be great too!

refectory agree check our Microsoft screen encoder your can record HD 720p videos with it !
