poem w/ references by FirstSintax October 9, 2014 at 11:10 PM UTC

Rain storm
In the city
The bright white clouds
Drop like anchors
Refusing to sink
Then the frosted coated puffy clouds
Replaced with cakes of smoky blisters
And milky creamy wisps
Floated away
Suddenly a
Bright trident
Struck the ground
The drizzles and
Drops Fell by faster
And faster
Until it poured like queasy frogs
Falling on me as if I was a pond
Running as fast as I can to
Prevent from getting drenched
Oh I wish I had a big bear skin
to cover me
Or a shield of plastic
To enclose me from water
As I get to shelter
Drenched in water
Lie in bed
With the flu
