hi I miss my friend Hes go's to my school and we really enjoy playing togather but hes banned D: hes name is angomango21 2 days after he became Emerald rank he got banned which was a really big upset for me :(

There are then two possibilities...
1) His appeal was denied.
2) His email was lost with the other hundred emails support gets.

If your friend didn't break the rules in the first place, this wouldn't have happened. 
Also, donators are not exempt from the rules, therefore they are punished the same way as non-donors would.
