It means a "Operator" Banned you from that server only xD, operators are usually ops :P so probably senior or +Centralking September 13, 2014 at 12:09 AM UTC

Some other people have had this problem before.Since this doesn't log on your infractions or ban you from any other Avicus servers, a staff member couldn't have done this, the ban message you were given was a Vanilla ban message.
I will get in touch with Ivy to unban you.
