Team chat isn't on the "new features" list

I looked at the chat and i saw a "G" after the player's name, so i tried the command /c t and it changed global chat into team chat.
Why is it not on this post?:

Added, but first this doesn't belong in Game Discussion, and second, could have just replied to the post you linked :P
