Staff applications are not currently open. They were open near the end of March, and there are still many people who are under review, so many of the high ranking staff members are very busy dealing with that. However, the next "round" of staff application are likely to open up in July (It may or may not be accurate), and when they do reopen, you may click on the "Staff Applications" section under Administration and post your application there.
