I'm pretty sure Ivy updated the Avicore plugin. The new warning messages were added, and the text colors were different when you TP'ed to a player in spectator mode, or joined a team. Also, he did say that he was on 1.8

Oh wait so is it that all players can see punishments handed out or just staff can see them? I feel as though it should be the latter if this isnt the case.
