where did they get the lava exactly? Their is tons of players trolling others, making spawnkilling traps, and burning down structures with this. Its like hell T-T

It's not really a glitch. The map creators made the map on a server with the plugin EmptyWorldGenerator. The plugin only creates a world with a big hole in it. Simply to fix it: create a new singleplayer world, with the preset "0:0". then you go on MCEdit and import the map in to the void world. Done.
