Fire/Lava Issues after Respawn

I notice on some of the servers/maps, when a player's burnt to a crisp or died from lava, they often respawn still on fire, and sometimes even to a point where they start taking damage, is there a fix to this?

Yeah, stupid pyros always do this to me.
