There is an issue because pepole go afk on plug.dj and they leva there music playing which some one who is doing it has hour long songs so can this some how be fixed I hate it when i have to wait an hour to play my song...

just meh the hour long songs, chances are that most people wont want to listen to hour long songs

I would suggest to fill a forum report out. I know it's not forum or server related, but it's a service of Avicus in the wider tought.
