Since I haven't had a chance to comment this because the threads were locked swiftly, porky's punishment isn't biased. I'll explain why. First of all, aimbot is more extreme than an auto clicker. Why? Because it grants a more unfair advantage in game than an autoclicker, which is why they treat the violation more extremely. Second of all, it isn't "biased" because it's D00ZIE. IF D00ZIE was using killaura or aimbot he would still be perm banned. Just because you're a donor/forum user doesn't mean you are immune to punshiments. Finally, quit spamming the forums. Emmy isn't abusing his powers, you're just flatout wrong. -Spicy
ok listen.. I've been on teamspeak before just listening not talking and someone (won't mention any names) told a mod that this one person was hacking. I was in the same game, and the mod just asked for the hacker's IGN and then banned him without even joining the game. The player who told the mod about the hacker was a regular avicus player, and is pretty popular in the community. That's why I think some mods are biased; they sometimes ban for no reason. What if the player ingame wasn't a hacker, and got banned JUST because that player told him he was. Explain how this is not biased... Also, this has happened more than once.

You think someone would really do that, go on the internet and tell lies?

Still, there is no reason to constantly complain on the forums, contact a director/manager through Skype or the support e-mail.

I don't want to agree that some staff are bias, but I can't lie and say that I disagree.
I have to agree, that some staff punish without evidance, I've seen this happen a few times before.
I really want to bring my kit mixing infraction into this topicc, but that would just be fueling the fire for me.
I'm sure that MLGPorky didn't hack, but SpicyTunaRoll9 has a point mlg_hammy don't spam like that on the forums.
im sorry but this isnt the first time the staff have done really unfair things and i think that there should be stricter way to determine a hacker. people can be really good at pvp and be banned for 'hacking' just like mlgporky did

Oh my god... were you even listening? The player who told the mod about the hacker was a regular avicus player, and is pretty popular in the community. That's why I think some mods are biased; they sometimes ban for no reason. Just because the player is a donor/regular/staff IT DOESN'T HELP. If a mod violates the rules and hacks he/she will still be permbanned.
What if the player ingame wasn't a hacker, and got banned JUST because that player told him he was. If he's in the teamspeak chances that he was either -Recording. -Known to have reliable/descriptive information of hackers, instead of just blatantly accusing them of "hack". -It doesn't take much to tell the difference between someone who uses killaura and someone who is actually good. -He knows what he's talking about and has a history of alerting hackers to moderators maybe?

Um, we have to be 100% sure when we watch a hacker, Emerald also agrees that he was hacking.
Also what nolan said, I was in the teamspeak at the time with a few other players WHO HAVE A HISTORY FOR GIVING DESCRIPTIVE AND RATIONAL REPORTS OF HACKING TO MODERATORS. Instead of accusing him of "hak" we came to the conclusion that he was indeed hacking. Plus we got a few mods to spectate him and they agreed he was hacking as well. Even without the teamspeak chat he was getting multiple reports from decent pvpers that he was indeed hacking, therefore the mods came to the conclusion that he should be perm banned for hacking. End of story.
