Alpha Crate key

Recently I got rewarded with an Alpha Crate key but how do I open one? If I click on my backpack it still says I need a compatible key to open that package. But HOW?! Like wtf.
If anyone could help me out I would appriciate that. Thanks anyways.
Like I explained on Skype already, you don't get awarded a key. What you got was a crate. In order to open the crate, you can buy keys at www.avicus.net/shop. More ways of getting keys will be made available in the future, but right now, this is the only way of getting keys.
Rip my key, I bought one. And got 5 times in a row that Chroma thingy.
When you buy keys you buy them in pairs of 5. You don't buy separate ones. That would be 100% a rip off especially for a few lobby perks. CS:GO can pass with the expensive keys since you have a chance to make money in the end.
