Why can't you just use the avicore plugin in a tourney, I mean in every server, why can't you just use the normal plugin used in public matches? does it lack of something?

There are unofficial tourney servers or servers from other people than Ivys. The plugin would be stolen and suddenly every server has nebula only with an other name. This never would be happen....
