The XP boost makes a huge difference. I noticed it immediately once I got the rank. If you play with friends, joining their team is a huge benefit. If you ever plan on coming to TeamSpeak, the suite is pretty active at times and the poor non-donors are excluded :c Premium kits are quite a benefit especially for Nexus and CTH.
If you play on the server daily,and luv the server, I recommend you should buy it, I bought Gold because i love the server and it's really worth it. Hope you get it :D

It's extremely worth it, I really wish I could donate :( but yah... you really should consider donating, it gives you great perks, and you can help one of your favorite servers! :)
