Hey!
Recently, the Senior Staff team has been working on a better and more selective system for staff applications. We plan to only accept about  5-8 total Junior Moderators per application period. However, applications will be run a bit more frequently, meaning that instead of opening apps every 4-5 months, they would open every 2-3 months. Application periods will be open for one month, and interviews will start during the last week of open application periods, running into the first few weeks of the best month. With that being said, we plan to open applications on April 1st. A player may submit TWO applications per period, unless the Senior Staff have a reason to prohibit further application submissions. (i.e rudeness on forums)
All questions and documents have already been prepared, and information regarding the application system will be released soon. These questions will be very detailed and somewhat difficult, both on the application and interview. Remember, only a handful of people will be given the position of Junior Moderator each time.
If you have any questions, you may post them in the Q&A thread soon to be posted, but DO NOT start arguments with other community members or staff members. If you have a concern (suggestion or critique), PM me on Skype, or if it is minor, post it below.

NOTE: Joke applications will result in a 2 week web ban.

EDIT: This most will be moved to the "Staff Applications" category shortly. Also, expect the format for applications to be released very, very soon.

UPDATE: Staff applications will open at 10 AM EDT on Friday, April 1st.

Is there a way to access the application format early before you can actually submit an application? Or is the format already going to be released before you can start submitting. It'd be cool to look over the questions and in depth analyze them and what they mean.

Good luck to everyone applying! Just some small tips of your nervous or scared about anything;

- Don't get down if your application is denied, improve on what wasn't up to staff standard are just keep on trying!
- Don't brag once your application get accepted, we understand your happy. But try not to run it in!
- Don't be nervous during your interview, they want to watch you succeed!! Don't freak out, and you will be fine.

Again, good luck to everyone applying. Can't wait to see some new staff members added to the team ^•^.

They first take you into Reviewing stage (if your applications meets the standard of the staff), then you would need it to be reviewed by three more Seniors. After that, you will have a stage for an interview. If you meet the qualifications, you get accepted
