Staff spotlight is back!!

Ok so fluenza said that staff spotlight is making its return. I want your thoughts on staff spotlight, do you have any specific questions we should ask the staff when its their turn and how could we improve it?

I think the current format is fine.
It gives us a little insight on whoever does the spotlight which is the point of the whole thing.
I don't know sessp, what do you think?
